To help ensure a smooth start to the school year, NBGC will not be able to process new registrations or provide registration assistance during the first week of school. Families are encouraged to complete registration prior to the first day, September 2nd.

Enrollment Information

NBGC Registration & Parent Portal Instructions 2025–2026

  • Click the Parent Portal link
  • Click “Need a login” if you are a new user. If you are a returning user, enter your username and password (your username is an email address).
  • To sign up your child for the 2025–2026 School Year, click "Browse memberships" and select "School Year Membership."
  • Select a membership based on the number of children you're registering.
  • Select the child you'd like to register by adding a household member or choosing an existing one.
  • Once your children are added, select them for the membership.
  • Click "Next" and complete the membership questions (required fields marked with *).
  • You can pay online via credit card or in person at the Club. Online is easiest!

    We’re proud of the programming we offer at the Club and the meaningful impact it has on our members every day. To ensure we can continue delivering high-quality experiences for your child, we will be adjusting our membership pricing for the upcoming school year.


    We hope you’ll agree that, at just $1.60 per day, the Club offers great value for the wide range of services, support, and experiences we provide your child throughout the school year.


    As always, financial aid is available for families who qualify. We are committed to making sure every child has access to our programs, regardless of financial circumstances.

  • 1 Child: $410
  • 2 Children: $790
  • 3 Children: $1,050
  • Teen Memberships: Free | Friday and Saturday Teen Night only

Payment Details

  • Memberships can be paid online or in person at NBGC during office hours. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • All membership fees must be paid in full by October 15, 2025. NBGC reserves the right to suspend memberships for accounts with outstanding balances after this date.
  • Financial aid assistance is available for qualifying families. To apply, please complete the financial aid form and submit it along with the required documentation to

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When is Parent Orientation?

    August 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th at 6PM. New members and families are strongly encouraged to attend. 

  • What is the age and grade eligibility for members?

    Our school year membership is open to children ages 6 to 18 years old, grades 1-12.

  • When is Teen Night and who can attend?

    Teen Nights are on Friday and Saturday night for 8th–12th grade Teen Members. This is free for all teens. The gym, teen room, and games room will be open. You may register your teen member online beginning September 1st, or complete a registration form in person. Only one form is needed per school year.

    Friday: 8–10:00pm

    Saturday: 6–9pm

  • What programs are offered?

    We offer a variety of programs including athletics, educational and STEAM activities, and dedicated programming for teens.

  • Is the Club open during school breaks and holidays?

    We are closed for all major holidays and for February vacation, but open during April break (9am–5pm). Please see the 2025-2026 Calendar for details. 

  • Are snacks provided?

    Yes! Thanks to our partnership with Stop & Shop, we offer free, healthy snacks daily. Through their generosity, we're able to provide snacks during the school year and summer. We recommend sending extra snacks, as supplies can vary.

  • What should my child bring with them to the Club?

    A reusable water bottle, sneakers, and snacks. 

  • What should my child NOT bring to the Club?

    Children should not bring valuables (unless securely stored in their backpacks), slime, or gum/candy to the Club.

  • Is there a summer camp at NBGC?

    Yes, we offer an 8-week Summer Camp Program.
